We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right.
Claim Window: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Required Proof: To help us resolve this for you quickly, please provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the faulty item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Our Solution: Once we verify the issue, we will reprint your item and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Because every product is made to order, we do not hold inventory. This means we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons of personal preference, such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind.
Please check your size carefully! We strongly advise you to consult our sizing chart before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.
If you wish to get a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or if the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to our fulfillment partner.
Check Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct when you place your order.
Reshipment: If your order is returned to us, please contact our support team. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs to have the order sent out again.
Refunds are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. We do not provide refunds for the reasons mentioned in the "Size Exchanges & General Returns" section.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Every Muqa piece is custom-printed and made to order with the highest attention to quality.
Standard Processing: Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process, print, and quality-check your order before it ships.
Express Processing: Want to jump the queue? Select our Express Processing option at checkout for an additional ₹52.50. We will prioritize your order to ensure it is dispatched as quickly as possible. (Standard delivery times apply after dispatch).
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Cost: A flat rate of ₹63.72 for orders up to 0.5 kg.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
An additional charge of ₹40.12 applies to all COD orders.
Delivery Time: 6-12 business days, depending on the destination country.
Cost: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Important Note: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

No Changes or Cancellations: Once an order enters the production process, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your size and design choices before completing your purchase.
8. Pricing & Payment
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which are detailed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, such as GST. The final price, including all taxes, will be displayed at checkout.
9. Shipping & Delivery
